SESSÃO DE TRABALHO DO PROJETO EMPRO E VISITA AO TRIBUNAL DA RELAÇÃO DE LISBOA
No dia 16 de junho de 2026 teve lugar no Tribunal da Relação de Lisboa sessão de trabalho do projeto EMPRO – “Empowerment of the Framework Decisions 2008/947 and 2009/829 through EU Probation Services”, com a presença de um grupo oriundo de diversos Estados-Membros.
A sessão de trabalho foi dinamizada pela Sra. Procuradora-Geral Adjunta Antónia Soares e pelo Sr. Juiz Desembargador Manuel José Ramos da Fonseca com o apoio da Dra. Paula Lajes e do Dr. Luís Ribeiro, do Tribunal de Execução de Penas de Lisboa, tendo contado com a participação de diversos representantes da Direção Geral de Reinserção e dos Serviços Prisionais.
O referido grupo foi recebido pelo Presidente do Tribunal, tendo efetuado visita às instalações do Tribunal da Relação, tendo tido a possibilidade de contactar, mais de perto, com o quotidiano deste Tribunal Superior e de conhecer a sua história, bem como a sua atual realidade.
A visita incluiu a Sala Tejo onde decorria sessão de trabalhos da 1.ª Secção deste Tribunal.

On 16 June 2026, a working session for the EMPRO project – “Empowerment of Framework Decisions 2008/947 and 2009/829 through EU Probation Services” – took place at the Lisbon Court of Appeal, attended by a group of participants from various Member States.
The working session was led by Deputy Attorney-General Antónia Soares and Judge Manuel José Ramos da Fonseca, with the support of Dr Paula Lajes and Dr Luís Ribeiro from the Lisbon Sentence Enforcement Court, and was attended by various representatives from the Directorate-General for Reintegration and Prison Services.
The group was received by the President of the Court and toured the Court of Appeal’s premises, where they had the opportunity to gain a closer insight into the day-to-day workings of this High Court and to learn about its history and current situation.
The visit included a tour of the Tejo Chamber, where a working session of the Court’s First Section was taking place.
